Return Policy

Refund policy We offer a 7 day warranty on all reptiles or amphibians unless otherwise stated. I guarantee my reptiles to arrive alive and healthy! Upon arrival if you are not satisfied for any reason please call me within 3 hours of receiving your reptile. I will send you a shipping label and when I get my reptile back I will issue a full refund including shipping! Also if upon arrival you receive a deceased reptile. Please call or text me within 3 hours of receiving your reptile. I will need pictures of the deceased reptile next to a piece of paper with whatever number I tell you to put on the paper. Reptiles that get sick or die within the 7 day period I will need pictures of the enclosure along with temps. I will send a shipping label and once I receive the reptile I will send a replacement reptile and if I do not have one then I'll send a refund for just the reptile. Shipping is not refundable on 7 day warranties. When sending replacement reptiles I will pay to ship the new reptile to you. Dead on arrivals or 7 day warranty reptiles if I have the same reptile I reserve the right to send a replacement. If I do not have a replacement I will send a refund! Dead on arrivals is a refund plus shipping after I receive pictures! 7 day warranty I send refunds after I receive the reptile. shipping not included!

Shipping Policy

Shipping policy I ship all reptiles next day air thru ups. I use only reptile approved insulated shipping boxes. I use hot or cold packs at no extra charge when necessary. Other stores have certain temps that if something happens to your reptile you are liable. Not me! If I ship it I cover it PERIOD! If I don't think it's safe I just don't ship the reptile! When temps are below 50 or above 90 degrees the reptile must be picked up from a ups customer care center. It has to be a customer care center! I can not ship to a ups store! The customer will have to provide me with the address to their closest ups customer care center.
